When everyone else is looking at your beautiful new baby, I focus on YOU. I created a sister company to Awaken Yoga called Lotus Mother Care. My mission is to "mother the mother" postpartum and hold space for proper healing during the 6 weeks after childbirth. The support I offer is deeply inspired by the ancient healing system of Ayurveda. Packages are customized for each mother and family. Services can include but not limited to: - creating a customized postnatal plan - holistic meal planning/cooking - healing massage and bodywork - breastfeeding and emotional support - restorative yoga & relaxation techniques - access to a trusted list of specialists (lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, etc.)
