Aside from her passion for yoga and mindfulness, Maureen is also an Intuitive Life Coach & Spiritual Guide dedicated to helping remind people of all ages that we are all divine beings, connected and capable of living our highest truth. Experiencing various levels of trauma in her early years of life, Maureen is deeply passionate about transforming past experiences into the soul’s wisdom and evolution. Seeking to find more purpose in life, transitioning out of a career, and struggling with a relationship, she started her spiritual journey over a decade ago with the goal of reconnecting to what truly brings her joy and inner peace. In 2015, Maureen received her Life Coaching Certification. And throughout her journey, Maureen has been coached and taught by her shaman mentor and applies shamanic teachings and spiritual/energy work into her coaching practice.  Intuitive Life Coaching sessions with Maureen allow you to connect to the deepest part of yourself and help you tap into your divine wisdom. Maureen honors where you are in life and creates a safe empathic space full of compassion, non-judgement and unconditional love. Her coaching style goes much deeper than traditional coaching, as it not only looks at goal setting, habits, accountability, etc., but also integrates spiritual and energetic principles. Maureen works with spirit guides, the higher intelligence, to help you find the root of your suffering, resolving your deepest issues and aligning you to your soul’s purpose. She is exceptional at helping you release energy blockages that keep you from moving forward and will guide you in introducing new habits, thoughts, and beliefs that support the life you want to live.
