Audrey Fay

Namaste! Thank you for finding me! My name is Audrey Fay and I am very excited to meet you and assist your practice in any way I can, no matter where you are on your healing journey! I mainly teach in Vinyasa style but I am also inspired by Yin, Hatha, Kundalini, and Forrest Yoga. As a cancer survivor, I am passionate about promoting visual and internal self-healing for especially impacted students suffering from illness and other traumas. I studied all types of yoga at the university level in Los Angeles, Thailand, and in the PNW. I offer donation-based yoga classes in several parks around Multnomah County (Portland) whenever the weather permits.
