This will be a fun & entertaining in-person session where we clean out & organize your pantry so you can take charge of how and what you choose to feed yourself and your family. Kids are welcome and are wonderful helpers! This session is over flowing with knowledge, healthy tips and safety concerning how you store certain food items. I will teach you how to read labels as if you were a chemist. We will label your food using a specific method that enable you and your children to make the best possible choices at each meal or snack time.

For individual personalized sessions, this will be an eight week, 90 minute session. Each session price is $250. Group sessions are $100 60 min sessions for 8 classes.
