Postpartum Doula

As your postpartum doula I will assist you and your new family through the adjustment period after your baby is born. I will be there for you both physically and emotionally. I can help with light household chores, meal preparation, new baby care, sibling, and pet care. I will be there to chat with you and answer any questions you might have and provide any referrals if necessary. My role varies greatly depending on your families needs. My goal is to work myself out of a job. When our time is done your family will feel completely comfortable without me. Birth Doula

Your Package One Complimentary meeting to determine if we are a good fit. Two prenatal visits in your home typically lasting 1.5hrs. During this time we will get to know each other. I will answer any questions you might have and provide referrals. We will also work together on your birth plan and discuss everyones roles in your birth, responsibilities, and expectations. We will also work on massage/acupressure, vocalization, and breathing techniques. *If possible you will meet my back up doula Unlimited phone calls, text, and emails during office hours On call 24/7 from 38 weeks until birth Labor and birth support. I will join you once you're in active labor at the location of your choosing. I will stay up to 2 hours after your birth to ensure proper bonding and to assist with breastfeeding. One postpartum visit in your home typically lasting about 3hrs. During this time we will go over your birth story. We will review your birth and share observations. I will answer any questions you might have and provide referrals. I will also assist with breastfeeding and any baby care if needed. Your Investment $1,500 Complimentary birth photography upon request
