I’d love to work with you on your wellness journey. I am currently in training in Integrative Gestalt Coaching (IGC). Our aims will be to help you become more fully and creatively alive. Together, we’ll work to free you from what’s blocking you, finding ways to let go of unfinished business that is diminishing your satisfaction, fulfillment, and ability to grow. We’ll experiment with ways to quiet or befriend your inner critic. And we’ll focus on developing your continuum of awareness to strengthen your own capacity for self-healing.
