Hey there, I’m Shoshana, a binary professional whose Licensed in Esthiology and internationally certified in Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching.    Being someone who has always questioned authentic health and wellness, there was one nagging conundrum that I was determined to understand. I wanted to discover the quintessence of authentic well-being - both internal and external. Now as a trained Esthetician and Wellness Coach, I am on a mission to unite the two in order to service and educate others on the holistic relationship that the internal body has with its protective layer: the skin. Everything we absorb - topically, internally and metaphorically, has an influence on us. The question is, are we allowing in the healing or the harmful?   I have found that the right answer to achieving vibrant health and wellness is not black and white, but rather Bio-Individual™. In other words, what works for me, my skin, my body, and my lifestyle, most probably won’t work for yours. Now as a Skin Therapist and Wellness Guide, I lead by example and inspire others to live holistically and healthfully in total alignment with what is true and authentic to one’s unique self.   Much love and support,  -S
