I'm a postpartum doula in the North Shore area of Massachusetts. My doula care features hands-on instruction, evidence-based information, and empathetic support. As a two-time cesarean mama myself, I specialize in helping mothers recovering from their own cesarean deliveries by offering tangible suggestions and coping strategies for both physical and mental recovery. I am available to meet with the family prenatally to discuss anticipated needs or postnatally as needs arise.
