Hi there and namaste, I'm a health and wellness enthusiast and yoga practitioner. I'd love to share my knowledge of yoga and healthy lifestyle living with any one interested. I teach to your needs and abilities and believe that yoga is for every-BODY. No matter what stage in life you're in, movement is universal.
