W/$20 discount 4300 + Sunday Appointments if needed. These prices are based on 1 hour sessions once a week. Prices are subject to change based on individual client need. During a regular coaching session, we would talk about your goals, be it short term or long-term. We would also discuss different avenues to accomplish that/those goal(s). Each following session, we will discuss your accomplishments since the previous session and what steps that are needed to help you keep moving forward. There will also be homework/activities to aid in your goal accomplishment. You can schedule your session to be in person, virtual (Zoom/Doxy.me) or over the phone. In between sessions, I will either call to check on your progress or send a quick text just to check up on you. Also, my email is always open...Lifespearllifecoach@outlook.com. Business hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm Friday-Saturday 9am-6pm Sunday- Closed
