I love helping people reach their goals in multiple areas of their lives. I help people with relationships (all types), health mindset, learning to put yourself first, mental health, mindfulness, and manifestation.
I have been an ACE Fitness Certificate health coach for 4 years and am currently finishing an Integrated Wellness Life Coaching certification.
I also got a certification in yoga teaching in 2009.
