I specialize in working with people who are going through major life transitions such as marriage, divorce, having a baby, moving or recent graduate. I also work with creatives, people of color, entrepeneurs, and those who struggle with trauma, depression, self esteem issues, body image issues, setting healthy boundaries, family of origin and intergenerational immigrant dynamics and identity issues.
I truly believe that in order to heal we need to be seen and heard. It takes a certain amount of courage and vulnerability to reach out for support. I enjoy working with major life transitions, relationship difficulties, and identity development. I have a particular interest in the deep, exploratory work that leads to improved self-understanding and self-esteem.
I have experience in working with creatives, people of color, entrepreneurs, and those who struggle with family of origin and intergenerational immigrant dynamics and identity issues.
It is my highest priority as a therapist is to create a genuine, safe, and supportive environment so you can feel comfortable expressing yourself. My approach is warm, but active, direct and honest. Even though our meetings are virtual, our connection should and can be real.
