I'm a Spiritual Wellness Coach. I teach, train and motivate from a Biblical perspective. I'm highly intuitive so I'm able to discern personality traits and emotional holds after only a short conversation. We are spirit beings so everything that we do comes from having balance at the soul level. I believe "total" wellness comes from God and our relationship with Him, our Creator.

I have 4 years of Fitness/ Nutrition experience and I have been life coaching for over 7 years. When I started personal training, I realized that my clients struggled with so much more than their weight and exercising. My training sessions often turned into "counseling" sessions where I began helping my clients overcome common fears that existed outside of the gym. As a result, they remained consistent in their workouts and were more receptive to the health recommendations that I would give. I've helped many people over the years just from my own life experiences, wisdom and guidance from God. I have a true passion and gift for transforming lives. I've come to accept this as a calling from God and look forward to sharing it with others all over the world.
