you will receive 2 prenatal visits via FaceTime, or in person going over birth info and what serves you as well as some hands on technique. You also receive an email once a week with a little weekly update and a little exercise if you choose to do it. It ranges from meditations I have created to journal entries and some coping techniques. I become on call for you 2 weeks prior to your birth and will be there during your entire birth and the following 2 hours after.
