I offer Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement group classes and individual Functional Integration® sessions. I am excited to join you in your journey of healing, embodiment, and learning. I will support you in a process of self discovery where change is not only possible, but pleasurable. When you come to one of my classes or individual sessions, you are entering a kinetic space where judgement is replaced with curiosity, posture with possibility. I guide students through patterns of gentle movement rooted in human development, martial arts, and neuromuscular mapping so you can better sense and experience the reality of your body.
