Wholesome Love Therapy provides Online Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Partners. Our practice was founded on the principles of holistic psychotherapy and a key concept that pleasure is healing. With compassion and warmth. I help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. The decision to begin individual, couple or partner therapy can be a difficult one. By making this decision, you have made a commitment to your emotional well being and to improvements in your relationship with others. I provide a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help you determine if our services are right for you.
As a Clinical Social Worker and therapist, I always provide a neutral perspective to clients to identify goals and to develop a plan to achieve them. I want my clients to develop the tools & strategies to reduce or manage life stressors by helping them navigate through the thoughts, feelings, and circumstances that are affecting their lives.
Finding the right therapist is imperative for success. Thus, due to the convenience of online sessions, my clients are not limited to the state of Florida. So if you feel that I am the right fit for you, and you reside outside of the Miami area, I am able to provide online therapy for Couples, Family & Individual sessions.
