20 to 25 minutes of cognitive care where we address the presenting issue/s on a conscious level followed by 20 to 25 minutes of induction and hypnosis where I take you under and we address the presenting issue/s on a subconscious level. The remainder of the time is spent discussing further perception management techniques/approaches and followup maintenance and self care.
