Get to know me
I started my yoga practice 10 years ago and it immediately changed my life! I love the challenge of a powerful heated flow as well as a non heated flow and what it can do for your mind, body, and spirit. I inspire all who take my class to just BE without any judgment.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
