I specialize in Yoga & dance movement medicine. I guide intuitive & fluid forms of movement as a means of tapping into our inner wells of emotions for release and empowerment. I have over 18 years of experience as a dancer and 6 years of practicing & teaching Yoga. Private sessions include a blend of :: yoga asanas; ancient dance styles (including Hula, Tahitian, Mayan, Celtic & more); energy practices such as Qi Gong & Pranayama ; meditation of various styles; vocal toning and chanting.
