Hi! I started my way back to wellness journey after 10 years of undiagnosed Lyme Disease and Hashimoto’s. Since then I have become an Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with sub-certifications in Gut and Hormone Health. I am also a Culinary School and Pastry school graduate as well as a Licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist. I love connecting with people to address things like skincare, diet, creating easy recipe ideas and establishing healthy boundaries and of course helping with Lyme and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.

I have been a Licensed Esthetician for 21+ years and Certified in Massage for 15. I have been Life Coaching for 11 years and graduated the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC in 2018 which led me to getting additional certifications in Gut and Hormone Health. I have hosted community workshops on gut health, cravings and stress reduction techniques as well as provided one on one nutrition coaching for private skincare clients.
