Caroline Loshelder

I am a RYT200 with Yoga Alliance, completing my yoga teacher training in December 2019 in San Diego, California. During this time, I also received my Reiki Level II Certification. Now living in Denver, Colorado and faced with navigating a new landscape shaped by COVID-19, I started Totem of Light Wellness to support others in nourishing their health and well-being in a virtual setting. I offer both private and group classes. After 15 years of working in the fields of social work and mental health, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care, I am carving out a new journey as a holistic health professional in order to better support and equip individuals on their own journeys of cultivating positive mental health and well-being across body, mind, and spirit. Professional background asides, my personal journey of coming to terms with and maintaining a dual diagnosis of chronic illness and pain, as well as a personal practice of yoga and meditation for 20 years, serve as crucial components informing my teaching methodologies. I believe in a whole-person, relationship-based approach to teaching and I look forward to partnering with you as you deepen your personal practice and prioritize your wellness.
