Remotly or in person, the Craniosacral therapist( CST) follows the rhythmic movement of the receivers cerebral spinal fluid through gentle, non- evasive touch or through the universal energy grid. Through meditative and intuitive knowledge, the therapist is then drawn to the areas of the body needing release of restrictions through the gentle following of the movement or limited movement of the bones in the cranium and other areas of the body. Through the CS techniques, the emotional and spiritual bodies may open in a call to healing through emotional release of trauma as stored in the emotional body or release in the physical body as expressed through sensations of little micro movements in the hand, feet or neck etc... .
