I am a certified holistic nutritionist and passionate health nerd. My love for holistic nutrition began as a child when I would garden with my mom. She raised me to understand the healing power of plants. As I grew older, I started to do my own research on nutrition and realized how powerful plants truly are, and how they help our bodies not just live but thrive. My discoveries led me to pursuing a career in holistic nutrition where I could use the information I have learned to help others learn, grow, and regain their physical and mental well being.
